Fclab offers COVID-19 testing with results tracking by QR code. Test is run by RT PCR at our lab located in Lemont Illinois. Accurate, Reliable and fast. It has to be noted that most airlines require testing within 72 hours maximum timeframe before boarding plane leaving the U.S. Please consult with your airline and embassy for specific requirements as we cannot know all requirements for all airlines and countries.

No appointment required. Passport and regular ID is required at time of testing. Swabs will be performed via nasal route to comply with travel guidelines.

When results are posted, you will get a text message alert, a secure email with link to your results in PDF format that has a QR code that allows the airline officers to verify the authenticity of the test results.

QR labeled test results will include name, date of birth, passport number and expiration date, swab method, PCR method, and final result. Any custom specific requirement can be added upon request at time of swab.
